CPU-Z is a lean and efficient program that provides a lot of useful information to anyone with the experience to interpret it. It's a free utility, and it works quickly, compiling data and updating it without hesitation or delay, and the addition of the update checkers is a nice plus.
From CPUID:CPU-Z gives you information such as processor name and vendor, core stepping and process, processor package, internal and external clocks, clock multiplier, partial overclock detection, and processor features including supported instructions sets.
